Can we get the job done?

Selecting an event partner can be stressful. Can they really do what they say they can? Some of our previous clients, partner shows and colleagues have shared their experiences and are happy to chat with you.

We made the decision to participate in our regional auto show for several reasons. Given the robust Electric Vehicle information and tools offered on our website, it was a way to showcase all of it and educate hundreds of thousands of people on the advantages of EV’s. First we answered questions about charging and the energy costs involved, then covered all the misconceptions surrounding EV’s. Lastly, we let consumers test drive a variety of cars which – based on our survey results – being able to experience the power and performance of an EV made them much more likely to buy one.

Having an experienced event planner like Julie Ford was a life saver. Not only for her pre-planning expertise, but it’s likely she put out at least one fire every day over the two weeks.

The auto show was absolutely worth the investment and we are already planning for 2021... with Julie, of course.

-Marketing Manager, east coast utility company

I am part of the senior management team for one of the largest auto shows in the United States.  As such, I work with many different exhibitors, sponsors and vendors throughout the year and on a daily basis during our show.

Over the past few years, I have had the pleasure of working with Julie Ford.  I’ve seen Julie step in and produce extremely impactful and well-organized Electric Vehicle exhibits and interactive “ride and drive” events, often with a very tight turnaround.  In fact, she jumped in last minute just before our most recent show and played a key role in helping an exhibitor who didn’t commit to the show until very late in the game.

Julie’s logistics management, strategic marketing recommendations and the ability to build close relationships with key show vendors and stake holders has resulted in a show experience that wows her clients and engages our attendees.  I hope to work with Julie in the years to come and I highly recommend her for any additional work and projects of this type.

Anyone who has ever executed a high-end, complex event knows how difficult it can be. Julie Ford makes event planning, management, production and execution look effortless. Her organizational skills and attention to detail are second to none. During the years we worked together at Crain, I have seen her pull everything together over and over again with incredible success. Attendees and sponsors alike are always pleased with the results. Being part of the team that sold the sponsorships, I have always been proud of the results that she manages and delivers.

Julie is fabulous! I hired her to help my nonprofit put together our first industry event for our corporate council members. The event took place in Chicago during ASCO, the largest medical conference in the United States. Not only did she work with the caterers, but she also held my hand every step of the way. She never hesitated to get on the phone with me, make excellent suggestions, or provide thoughtful feedback. She returns emails quickly. I look forward to working with Julie again in the future!

I worked with Julie at Business Insurance where she managed, organized and flawlessly executed high complexity events and conferences. Working with her closely made me realize all the qualities that a great event planner should possess. Julie is one of the best that I've seen. It was my absolute pleasure to work with her side by side.
